Bluebell Sprite

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

I had a lovely crafty play day with Kath yesterday.

Today is all about getting my Copics out and doing some colouring as treated myself to some new digital images.

Today I am sharing with you Mitzi Sato-Wuiff's Bluebell Sprite.

Step by Step

1. I have used green card to create a centre stepper base.
2. Printed bluebell sprite out and coloured with Copic Sketch markers then matted and layered onto pale blue card.
3. Matted and layered a doily before adhering topper.
4. Added pearl corners to two of the side panels and apple blossom blue flowers from Wild Orchid crafts.

Altered Box Series 3 of 3 Steampunk

Good Evening Crafty Friends,

I hope you have all had a wonderful day.

Tonight I am sharing day 3 of my altered box series and today is all about Steampunk, well I couldn't let this series goes by without doing a Steampunk box now could I?

I used Viva Decor Rusty paint to cover the box and then used Maya Gold in Emerald to give the rusty effect. I then decorated the top of the box with an assortment of metal embellishments from my stash.

Catch up News

Good Morning Crafty Friends,

I just wanted to do a bit of a catching up on what has been happening in my crafty world with you today.

The most exciting thing that happened this month is I became a DT member of IndigoBlu! Now if you have been following my blog for a long time you will know how big a fan I am of Kay and Alfie I love their products and use them in a lot of my projects especially my mixed media video projects on You Tube.

On Tuesday Kay will be on Hochanda at 10 am and 2 pm all about the birds and the bees!

Below are a couple of sneaky peeks.

The other new I have to share is I have set up a page on Facebook called Linda Simpson Designs where I am selling my art work.  It had only been live a few hours and I sold a couple of my art pieces.  Please do check it out and like if you can.

I also have mywebsite where I have my bespoke designer papers, ephemera and stencils too which is called Linda Simpson Designs!

I also received my first commission for 3 canvas' too! I am so excited about that too.

I will not only be selling my artwork on my page but will be happy to do commissions, make bespoke greetings cards for any occasion too!

My You Tube channel is going from strength to strength too and I am nearly at the required 4000 hours for the adverts to be added and to start receiving revenue from my videos.

So a massive thank you to all of you who support not only my blog but my channel too!

Well that is all for now and I hope you all have a wonderful day and enjoy the sunshine we are having at last here in the UK.

Happy Crafting!
